This is an example design. Stillwater Physio is a made-up business, created to show the kind of website we build. It isn’t a client project, and any names, prices and dates in the images are illustrative.
Who it suits
- Physios, clinics, therapists and dentists
- Salons, barbers and beauty businesses
- Tutors, instructors and consultants who sell time
What’s included
- Live availability for each service and each member of staff
- Deposits or full payment taken when someone books
- Confirmation emails and a reminder the day before, to cut no-shows
- Bookings synced to your Google or Outlook calendar
- Your cancellation policy shown before anyone books
How we’d build it
Built in WordPress with a well-supported booking plugin, chosen to suit how you work: one practitioner or several, fixed or flexible appointment lengths, deposits or pay on the day. If you already use a booking service, we can bring it into your website instead.
Looking after it
Bookings need to work every day, so we recommend Website Care Plus (from €89 a month plus VAT; €49 until 31 December, kept for as long as you stay), with priority support and regular checks, hosted in Irish data centres.
What it costs
Booking websites are quoted after a short chat, because the right setup depends on your services, staff and payments. Some booking tools charge their own monthly fee, and we’ll explain any of those up front.
We’re open to working within every budget and every business’s needs. Email [email protected] with what you’re after, and we’ll suggest what makes sense.
