For projects outside the €499 starter package, the options below are starting points and exclude VAT. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after the number of pages, supplied content, functionality, integrations and design requirements are agreed.
Business Website
From €1,000 plus VAT. Up to ten pages, more customised design, individual service pages, blog setup, expanded technical SEO and three review rounds.
eCommerce Website
From €1,995 plus VAT. Suitable WooCommerce websites with an agreed product allowance, payment setup, core shop pages and separately scoped shipping, tax and integration requirements.
Bespoke Website
Quotation. For larger websites, custom functionality, bookings, membership features, third-party integrations or requirements outside the standard packages.
eCommerce Hosting and Care Offer
eCommerce website projects can include the first three months of Website Care at no additional cost when the customer enters an initial 12-month maintenance agreement. The remaining nine months are charged at the normal Website Care rate.
The offer covers standard hosting requirements and forms part of the initial 12-month term. Domain charges, premium software, complex hosting requirements and work outside the Website Care scope are separate. Customers may upgrade to Website Care Plus by paying the difference. How much does a business website cost?
The WordPress starter package costs €499 plus VAT for up to five pages, with optional hosting and care at €39/month plus VAT. Business websites start from €1,000 plus VAT and eCommerce websites from €1,995 plus VAT. Final scope and any extras are agreed before work starts.
Does InstaIT design WordPress websites?
Yes. We design WordPress websites as well as suitable standard business websites. The platform is selected according to your editing, functionality, security and maintenance requirements.
Are your websites mobile-friendly and SEO-ready?
Yes. New websites are designed for current screen sizes and include an agreed technical SEO foundation. Rankings cannot be guaranteed and ongoing SEO campaigns are quoted separately.
What is included in the managed hosting offer?
